These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website global.thebody.school and the services provided by The Body School Inc.(“we”, “us”, “The Body School”). By using the Site or any of our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or our systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us or our team.
3. Our programmes
We offer wellness programmes including Starter, The Body: Care, and CARE Plus. The current pricing, inclusions, and durations are set out on our CARE page. We may change pricing or programme details at any time, but the terms in force when you purchase a programme apply for the duration of that programme.
Booking and onboarding
Once you sign up, you will receive onboarding instructions by email. Programme delivery starts from the date agreed in your onboarding (typically within a few business days).
4. Health disclaimer
The Body School is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Our specialists provide nutrition coaching, fitness coaching, and general health guidance. Where a doctor is part of your programme, they may review your symptoms and propose lifestyle adjustments — they do not replace your primary care provider, hospital specialist, or emergency services.
- Always consult your own qualified healthcare provider before starting any new diet, exercise programme, or supplement.
- If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are breastfeeding, please tell us and your healthcare provider before starting.
- Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on the Site or in our programmes.
- If you believe you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
5. Payment and refunds
Payments are processed in US dollars. By purchasing a programme, you authorise the corresponding charge.
Our refund and risk-reversal policy is summarised in the FAQ on the CARE page:
- Starter ($250): if you upgrade to CARE within 30 days, your $250 is credited in full toward CARE.
- CARE: if the programme is not working for you within the first two weeks, contact us and we will refund the remaining months. The first month is non-refundable to cover onboarding work already performed.
- CARE Plus: same two-week window applies; the first month is non-refundable.
To request a refund, email info@thebody.school. Statutory rights for consumers in the UK and EU (e.g., right of withdrawal under EU consumer law) are not affected.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, photos, video, programme materials — is owned by or licensed to The Body School Inc. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and download content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. User content
If you submit testimonials, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that content to operate and promote the Services. You confirm that your content does not infringe anyone else's rights.
8. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as our Calendly booking page or Instagram). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Body School Inc. and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including for fraud or for personal injury caused by negligence).
Our total liability for direct damages arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a way that harms others. You may stop using the Services at any time; if you have purchased a programme, the refund terms above apply.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Where applicable, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence continue to apply.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
