Month 5:Making it a lifestyle
Now, the focus is on maintaining your results long-term. You’ll keep tracking your meals, workouts, and progress in the app, with support from your nutritionist and coach as needed.
The app’s recipe database will help you plan meals, with filters for gluten-free, vegan, or other dietary needs.
Regular check-ins will keep you on track and help you feel confident managing your health independently.
