If you only need smaller adjustments, our monthly subscription allows you to reach out to our nutritionists for ingredient swaps or recipe advice,so the menu can work perfectly for you.
You can use the free version of our app to calculate your individual calorie and macro requirements.
Our menus come with pre-calculated daily values, averaging 1,300 – 1,400 kcal per day. You’ll also find options for meals and snacks, so you can easily adjust your intake to meet your personal needs.
Most of our recipes can be prepared using either a stove or an oven. If you only have a stove, we provide alternative snack options and tipsto adapt recipes that may require baking. No fancy equipment needed!
Our menu is designed to meet the nutritional needs of one person for a week, based on 1,300–1,400 kcal per day. To adjust for a family of four:
1. Work out the calorie and macro needs for each family member. 2. Adjust portion sizes: • For example, if an adult needs 2,000 kcal, increase the portion size by 1.5. • For a child needing 1,000 kcal, reduce the portion size accordingly. 3. Add extra snacks like fruit or nuts to meet higher energy needs.
This way, the menu can easily be adapted for the whole family.
If your child already eats most of the ingredients in our recipes, the menu should work well. You might want to adjust certain aspects, such as reducing spices, salt, or sweets, to make meals more suitable for younger palates.
